An all‑purpose, contractors‑grade primer, sealer and bonding agent that dries quickly to deliver high bond strength. It is suitable for plaster, cement, timber, gypsum wall boards and paper, and can be diluted for sealing or mixed with cement and plaster to improve adhesion. The formulation has a high solids content and provides a fast‑drying finish.
