A waterproof primer, sealer and bonding agent that improves adhesion strength and long‑term durability of the joint between adhesive and substrate. It can be applied to gypsum plaster, aged concrete, sand‑cement screeds and render to reduce porosity, surface dusting and moisture absorption while enhancing initial tack. The formulation stabilises porous surfaces, improves bond to timber and vinyl, and reduces surface suction. It also extends the open time of adhesives and can be used as a screed‑enhancing admixture.
