A clear orange aqueous solution of powerful surfactants and wetting agents that, when dissolved in warm water, penetrates and softens cellulose paper fibres, allowing them to be peeled and scraped from the wall to reveal bare plaster. It is a water‑based concentrate that softens old paper, penetrates the substrate and makes paper stripping easier. The concentrate can be diluted at a ratio of 1 : 9 with warm water.
